what we do
Exterior check
(but not limited to)
- walkthrough of lawn, garden, shrubs, trees, and fences
- look for damage caused by animals, rodents, or birds
- exterior check of windows, doors, screens, AC units, light fixtures, garage door, satellite dish
- visual roof inspection (from ground level)
- inspect porch, patio, deck, lanai, outside furniture
- check mailbox, bring in newspaper and packages
- ensure video monitoring, doorbell , and alarm systems functioning properly
- inspect breaker box for any tripped or damage breakers
INTERIOR CHECK
(but not limited to)
- check thermostat and record temperature
- exercise all light switches and electrical outlets to ensure they are working
- inspect that all lights, fans, and appliances work properly
- turn water on from all orifices such as sinks, showers, and hoses
- check for leaks in any plumbing from toilets, sinks, and faucets
- ensure that all smoke alarms and fire protection systems are working and up to date
- inspect interior walls, ceilings, and floors for any mold or water damage
- exercise all windows and interior doors for function and locking mechanism
- look for signs of insects, rodents, or pet damage
- inspect all electronic devices are in proper working order
- check all closets, cabinets, and pantry storage
